Hello, I’ve seen several threads on here pertaining to the 4 surround sound speakers stopping working and nobody getting a solid resolution. I am in the same boat and have been for months. I’ve scoured the web for help and have always come up dry. Whether it be Roku message board, Reddit, even YouTube comment sections. My situation is this. I have a Roku steambar pro with four wireless speakers and the wireless sub. I noticed that the satellite speakers didn’t have sound coming from them and all had exclamation points ! next to their registry on the device settings. So I did the pair button again for all of them. Then I’d go to add them via settings on the bar. During the search it would maybe add 1 or 2. Sometime even all 4. But it would never progress past that point. Just stay stuck on that screen. So then I did reset button method on them all. Same results. Then I unplugged them all for several minutes. Same results. Then I unplugged the sound bar and all the speakers and did everything again. Same results. It would just get stuck on the searching for speakers screen, regardless of how many it “found”. Occasionally if I chose two speakers it will add them, but they’ll be wrong. For example it’ll be my back left and my front right only. Or some other incorrect order. I’ve even disconnected and reconnected my steambar to the WiFi to see if that helped. And the most frustrating thing is, once or twice I would be successful. It would find and register all 4. They’d play the correct sound from the correct speaker and everything. All working. But then the next day when I’d go to watch something, one or two speakers would have those exclamations on them again. And then I’d do the whole process over again, always to failure these last two weeks. Please, has anyone had any success figuring out why satellite speakers stop working and how to get them working again?58Views2likes1CommentUse Roku wireless speaker
I'm sorry if this has been discussed before. I have a Roku smart TV in my bedroom. I live alone and hard of hearing so turning up the volume is not a problem. But my daughter will be moving back in and I don't want to have my volume so loud it disrupt her. I'd like a wireless speaker i can place on my night stand and turn volume on TV down yet listen through the speakers. Any suggestions?Solved92Views2likes1CommentRoku Soundbar Pro won't pair with the remote
I have a roku soundbar pro that I got for my kids last Christmas. Everything has been great until the other day. The remote stopped working and would not pair with the soundbar. Apparently my 10 year old thought a factory reset would fix the problem but now it is just stuck. The soundbar only flashes orange and keeps asking to pair a remote to finish setup. I even bought a new remote but that won't pair either. I have taken both remotes to another room and was able to pair them to roku ultra. My roku app won't find the soundbar anymore so that isn't an option either to manually pair to the soundbar. It still shows it tied to my account but I can't access it. I could really use some help. I have tried all the basic solutions like unplugging for 30 seconds, new batteries, holding the reset button for 10 seconds, I have tried the pairing button on the original remote, and holding the home and back arrow on the new remote. This is driving me crazy I need some help.Solved2.2KViews1like7CommentsHDMI-CEC Help Setting up Device
I don't think my TV supports HDMI-CEC or it's broken. Is HDMI-CEC just a regular HDMI port on the TV or is it a special port that will say HDMI-CEC? Or is it just a setting on the TV in the menu? My TV is a Sharp so does Aquos Link Control have to be on and if so can I use a regular HDMI port or does it's still have to say HDMI-CEC on the port? I have a Roku TV Wireless Soundbar (9301R) and I get no audio when my audio source is 1.0 ch. Mono on the Plex app. The two ways to work around this is to set my audio output settings from the soundbar back to the built-in TV speakers OR use the Plex app through my PlayStation 5 rather than the Roku TV version of the app. Is this a problem with the soundbar/TV or the Roku TV version of the Plex app?18Views1like2CommentsOnn Roku TV compatibility with 9020r2 Wireless Roku speakers
I’ve purchased the 9020r2 Roku wireless speakers for my Roku branded onn.Roku tv. It says every where I have looked that they are compatible. I followed instructions for pairing them and the tv won’t discover them. I’ve done everything in troubleshooting. I moved the tv and speakers to a different location and it didn’t work. Do I need to return these speakers? Are they really compatible? What should I do?58Views1like12CommentsWireless speakers disconnect intermittently
My set up: Stream bar 4 wireless speakers Subwoofer I have two main questions: I have had this set up for over 2 years. Had no issues first two years but recently my wireless speakers disconnect almost every week. I have to go through reinstalling them and they work again. Why is this happening? Nothing about the set up had changed. Wi-Fi is the same. The subwoofer does not disconnect 2. With this set up I have always been underwhelmed by dialogue being inconsistent even with dialogue clarity turned to high. Also when watching musicals lyrics/sound is very inconsistent. Please help!50Views1like1Comment
