Outside wireless vs. wired power behavior
Is there different behaviors between the two types of cameras regarding keeping the cameras powered up? When I connect via the app, the wired cameras come right up but the wireless camera takes a while. There is also a lag in recording from the wireless camera and it misses the action. is there a way to keep the wireless camera fired up? Is it possible to create a rule to set a camera’s night vision on and off on a schedule? I have both indoor and outdoor areas where auto sensing doesn’t work. For example, my camera is set to view an area at night which is half lit and half completely dark. I’m having the same issue. I also set smart Detection Events to Person only and am still getting motion recordings (although no notifications on motion hits. I’m going to play with the Detection Sensitivity to see what happens. A comprehensive user’s manual would help.4.6KViews0likes3Comments
