Outside wireless vs. wired power behavior

Is there different behaviors between the two types of cameras regarding keeping the cameras powered up?

When I connect via the app, the wired cameras come right up but the wireless camera takes a while.  There is also a lag in recording from the wireless camera and it misses the action.

is there a way to keep the wireless camera fired up? I have a solar panel connected, so it shouldn’t be a big deal.
