iPhone Hotspot will not run the Roku after iOS 15.4 update

I have a ROkU RCA tv mosel RTR3260-B-US.  I have been using it with my iPhone XR hotspot that has been working fine until my phone updated to iOS 15.4 update. It will still run YouTube  on the Roku, but not the Roku channel or Disney +.  I have tried resetting the network on both the phone and on the Roku , changed password on hotspot as well with no luck.

Roku can’t fix your iPhone upgrading to iOS 15.4. Unfortunately. You can try to remove the Disney+ channel, restart your Roku then re add the Disney+ channel
