OK
I found it - it is NOT deregister is is UNLINK from one account to another?
SO I just unlinked my devices and then LINK or ACTIVATE the device on the other account.
all is well now.
It would be simpler to just log in and logout, but all is well.
Thank you all.
This is also happening to me with connecting my roku to my uplink as well. I will have to check to see the config on the network. But I believe I do have it set to use mix connection. I'll double check to make sure. But it is truly frustrating for everyone here. Including myself here. A hard reset is a drastic resort to only to get hit with the same issue.
My Roku used to work fine and suddenly it quit connecting, giving me an error 014.30.
I have 2, connected to 2 tvs.i tried both rokus to the tv with wrote and neither worked. Tried both to the older smaller tv and they work. In both cases it says excellent connection.
You day there's is an updated coming? I have reset tv, broadband, and roku on this tv. What happened? Has been this way since probably January 2022.
@Kl123 Can you please provide your Roku model numbers
Actually an update won't help me as i can't connect to do an update
@Kl123 Let’s try this one more time. What are the Roku model numbers you are having issues with? Is this a Roku TV or a Roku device?
Thanks for the quick response.
I have software version 10.5.0
build 4208
Roku premier
tv is a Hisense
Oh here is model 3920x- Roku premier
@Fizzu Well that was like pulling teeth. Your 3920 only works on the 2.4GHz wireless network. You need to change your modem to work on 802.11 b,g,n. Who is your ISP? Are you using an ASUS router like the title says?
Looks like i need to talk with Xfinity instead of here. Thanks.
