hey so i have a problem I have a roku and I think someone is blocking the wifi connect. ( maybe or idk) like wifi was not working so I reset connection and tv reset and didn't work. did factory reset but wouldn't let me put my account email on there l it says no wifi and didnt load. so what do I do ??
@Tjonea, do you see that note that states, "Wi-Fi hardware missing"? It's never going to find any Wi-Fi networks. It seems to be not uncommon on these TVs. Something has failed within the TV. If your TV has an Ethernet port and your router is close to your TV, you can use a wired connection. If not, your options are limited. If it's still under warranty, try contacting TCL.

Roku won't connect to my WiFi. I have done all the troubleshooting. It was working fine a few weeks ago. It is the same device with the same TV. my Internet has not changed. What can I do🤷🏼♀️...thank you.

My cell scans and shows several networks but my tcl Roku tv will not scan
