Wifi/internet not connecting problem
hey so i have a problem I have a roku and I think someone is blocking the wifi connect. ( maybe or idk) like wifi was not working so I reset connection and tv reset and didn't work. did factory reset...
Tjonea, do you see that note that states, "Wi-Fi hardware missing"? It's never going to find any Wi-Fi networks. It seems to be not uncommon on these TVs. Something has failed within the TV. If your TV has an Ethernet port and your router is close to your TV, you can use a wired connection. If not, your options are limited. If it's still under warranty, try contacting TCL.
