TCL 32" ROKU TV will not connect to my mobile hotspot

High I'm having same issue with my Roku tv it allows connection to wireless network but give no internet connection says unable to connect to wireless internet error code 014.30

    We would be happy to look further into this issue, but we will need more detailed information.

    • Is this the first time you've set up this Roku TV?
    • Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
    • Can your other devices connect to the network without any issues or latency?

    The error code 014.30 signifies connectivity issues. Please restart your router and Roku TV by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart.
