Roku tv issues need answers

My roku tv disconnected from the internet about a week ago. I have checked it out and done everything that I possibly can but nothing seems to work. I have tried disconnecting the tv and my router. I have also tried restarting my router and factory restart my tv and nothing seems to be working. Every time that i try to scan it, it will flash like it won’t keep a hold of it. Is there anything that i need to do. I am running out of ideas

If you have a mobile hotspot available to you, try connecting your RokuTV to it. (helps verify that the hardware is working).

If the above is working, then will need to determine what your router settings are currently configured to.

Are you getting any error messages on screen?

Who is ISP (internet service provider) and what is the router model number (sticker on side or bottom of router)?
