Roku can only use WPA2 as an encryption method.
Check your wifi configurations, and choose WPA2 only.
If WPA2/WPA3 is selected ROKU is unable to negotiate the encryption method and will simply give up resulting in wifi connection failure.
Just for fun and giggles set up an open wifi and connect your Roku, there should be no problem at all connecting to it.
Add WPA2 encryption and a simple shared key, surely this time connection to wifi will work like a charm.
