Not connected, no wireless networks found

I have an LG Roka 55 inch. Model 55LF5700-UA. device ID 643597500640. It was connected fine to my wifi until the other day it went down. It won’t even scan for Wi-Fi networks let alone connect. I have done a factory reset, router reset and unplugged the tv. Please help me.
