I’ll start by stating the fix (for me anyways): It’s not the Roku. The Roku will NOT work without a good internet connection. We started having issues with our old tv with an external wireless adapter. I tried multiple Rokus and Roku remotes, same issue (stuck on language screen). After two days of trying every suggested fix on the internet, including resetting the Roku which got me to the language screen in the first place. I hooked up the Roku to our newest TV (wireless included). IT WORKED!
