I’m having an issue reconnecting my Roku tv to the WiFi in my building, normally I would select the network and it would give me the option to elect hotel or college dorm and then I’d put my password in through my phone but the prompt to select hotel or college dorm isn’t popping up when I click the network so I can’t connect to the WiFi it give me error code 003

You will need to activate your device or manually check for a software update before using it in hotel and dorm mode. If needed, you can try activating or updating your device with an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.

I’m trying to fix my friend’s Roku. We’re in the barracks and my Roku makes me login back into the wifi about every two days. Her’s prompted her once using the “dorm or hotel” login, but now it hoes straight to saying it’s connected, but it’s not because you have to login into the WiFi from your phone. I tried resetting the device, but it’s doing the same thing. Any suggestions?
