Attempting to use hotel wifi
Haven’t had issues in the past but now when I attempt to connect to my Roku after selecting the hotel dorm option my phone tells me it’s the wrong password despite me utilizing the password on the screen, factory reset did not help

Re: Attempting to use hotel wifi
You can only use the Hotel/Dorm connection capability on a Roku that is already linked to a Roku account. A Factory Reset will kill this link and remove it from the Roku's memory, such that it cannot then connect through the Hotel/Dorm system.
If you have access to a phone's WiFi hotspot or some other network you could try to use that to set up your Roku following the Factory Reset and re-link it to your Roku account. After that you can try the Hotel login again.
