We upgraded our Roku devices and yes we have 6 of them.  After the upgrade of the Roku and the wireless controller software we get an error cannot connect on HULU.  Trying to renew the wireless connection it says it says error 014 wireless no good.  If we reboot the Roku and connect to Netflix we can watch a movie.  Obviously whatever it is checking is yet undisclosed to the consumer.  It is not connecting to wireless because watching a Netflix movie proves we can do just that.  It is trying to do something else and rejecting the wireless maybe like checking for VPN or something.  We are not running a VPN. I find this sucks and to this end we are tossing these Roku devices and we have purchased an Amazon Fire Stick and also a Google Chrome-cast.  Which ever one works better we will keep and replace the Roku devices. Sad to see Roku go but if you can watch a movie and then go to internet settings and have the device tell you you cannot connect to the Internet, then there must be serious bugs in the system.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Have you tried rebooting your wireless network? What specific Roku model devices are you experiencing this issue with? In addition, who is your ISP (internet service provider)?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku devices to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are experiencing the same issue?

Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.
