3920X displays poor signal levels. My other Roku's say it's excellent.

I have a Premiere 3920X. It says the signal strength is poor @ 1. Download speed good at 8 Mbps. Connects on channel 1.  The other 3 Roku's say the signal is excellent. Doesn't matter which room or location it always says this. It's been like this since I bought. The router was replaced recently by Spectrum and it still says this. I'm beginning to think the unit was defective from the start. Any ideas what's going on?

We appreciate your time in sharing your experience with your Roku device's internet connection issues. The Roku Premiere is a 2.4GHz-only WiFi device. It appears that you are encountering interference on the 2.4 GHz band, which is far more crowded than 5 GHz. 

In this matter,, you can reach out to your Internet Service Provider to be assisted further on changing your router settings to resolve the issue.
