2 Roku Express. 1 connects, 1 doesn't

Both Models 3940x. The one that doesn't connect has been restarted. Both same TV. Changed password. Doesn't make sense.

@JerendebSo you have two identical devices for one TV? Have you tried using a networking app like WiFi Analyzer for Android or if an iPhone, something similar? The most common reason for dropped or poor connectivity is network congestion. So once you're able to see the level of interference on a given channel, you can log into the router and select a better one. The 2.4 gHz band gets better coverage but is slower than 5 gHz so if you're connected on the ladder band, you might try using 2.4
