We would be more than happy to look further into this issue. When did you notice the issue occur? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? Have you tried restarting your Roku device and see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
