If Roku offered a backlit remote - regardless of size or price - they could compete with smart tv on Sony, Xfinity and others. The stock would double in six months. Great service but a useless remote. Roku is not dying- it’s committing suicide. We don’t want tiny remotes. We want to see the keys at night.
Another vote for a backlit remote. I have the Ultra and the Express 4K+. I KNOW that backlighting these remotes would not be an expensive addition. Obviously there are a lot of Roku users who would like to see this happen. Wanna really impress your users? Offer a free backlit replacement, at least for Ultra users who paid a premium for your best.
