I bought a Roku Ultra for my sister three weeks ago and just returned it and put her on an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (currently $37.99). Tired of waiting on this issue to be resolved. I haven't used my Roku since this whole mess started. Wish I could return it but it's too late. I'm also now using three Fire TV Sticks (even on a Roku TV). Return your Roku while you can.
