The best feature Roku could implement right now is to fix the 9.3 update, which is not working with many users' routers/networks and thereby preventing them from using their devices at all. Customers on the community pages have been discussing this problem for months, but Roku has not, to my knowledge, acknowledged the problem let alone offered a fix. Users are resorting to buying other products because they have no recourse. Please, Roku, acknowledge and fix this problem ASAP.
