I purchased a Roku, which I wouldn't have if I had known that Spectrum is no longer supported. I would return it if I could. I will not purchase another Roku unless Spectrum is added back on; and, I know others who feel the same.
I recently signed up for Spectrum and was assured I could watch TV using my various ROKU devices. Unfortunately it appears there is a stand off between ROKU and Spectrum and until this is resolved the Spectrum TV app is no longer available for new subscribers. This is a known issue so shame on me for not doing my homework. Hopefully ROKU and Spectrum will reach an agreement in the near future but if not I will seriously have to reconsider my future patronage of ROKU, Spectrum or both.
