ROKU Support Glitch: Old Email Address Cannot Reset Password

  1. I truly love your product especially since the pandemic began. In fact, my personal ROKU was past due for an upgrade and an offer for the Ultra appeared. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and I no longer have access to my previous email. After trying all of your suggestions, I opened a new account with all of the same information but adding my new email address. I still cannot order the "offer". My old email address still overrides my new information. I don't want to deactivate my ROKU because I have two subscriptions that I do not want to get screw up like I already have now. Please help me. I have been trying to correct my situation for hours. I have nowhere else to turn. Thank you for your time.
