Used to have a Roku TV, but while I love Roku, the TV itself was terrible, and died. New TV awesome, great TV, rated good for gaming, yada yada, but webOS (with some light saber rollie wheel nasty remote that's as big as a greyhound bus).
Now, I used to fire up Spotify in Roku, then starting playing a 'shuffle all by artist' (because for some reason you can't do that in the Roku version - not your fault, that one is on Spotify), pause it, then 'resume' it on Roku. Dark mode. Then go to the Roku menu using * and set the sleep timer to 4 hours and off to sleep I went.
Since I hate webOS, I got a Roku stick...but there's no sleep timer. Sure, I can make the TV sleep...but the Roku just keeps playing and playing and using up data all night (and yes, I have that 'other setting' - forget the name - set, but Spotify just keeps on a playing on that stick all **bleep** day).
So yeah - all Rokus need a sleep! And think about this...if it slept, turned itself off, then the TV and Receiver would shut off via CEC and all would be well with the world.
So I offer this bonsai tree with a 'Sleep' feature, and urge you to 'make like picture'. 😛
