Not certain what you mean. Do you want some nationwide WiFi service only usable for a Roku? If so, it will never happen. Roku is about hardware and services. I don't think they want to get into Internet infrastructure. Even making deals with other companies to have some form of WiFi service would be hard, and probably very expensive.
