I agree. The mute button position is in a bad location. It can be easily pushed and activated by holding the remote in one hand, such as, the right hand will activate mute while pushing other buttons. I have covered the mute button with a round spongy corn protection pad to keep from hitting the mute button. The button should be moved in the next remote. The volume keys are easily pushed for the same reason, but volume changes can be ignored.
