Live-TV-Pause for Sat reception TCL

Is it possible to have live TV pause during satellite reception? If yes, please tell me how or are there any other possibilities to use this feature. TX

Please be advised that Roku Live TV Pause is only available when watching "over-the-air" broadcast TV from the Live TV input.
