Hello! I posted about this in another thread and a moderator kindly suggested posting it in here. In the current roku menu, we can adjust screen size, but only to a small set of preset options that don’t let every device be in the right place or fill the screen. I’d like for us to be able to customize the zoom and location of the picture. I have a PS1 and a PS2, and the input from the PS1 is a little off to the side, and the input from the PS2 is a little up, and neither perfectly fits any of the specific aspect ratio settings, with black bars on all four sides, not just right and left.
I’ve seen YouTube videos where people with different kinds of TVs can set the picture to a more specific size and location than the predetermined options available, and I think this would be an excellent feature to include in a software update, and would make very many retro gamers happy to see. Not being able to do this thus far, has almost made me regret my purchase, and some videos about getting the best picture out of PS2 have gotten over a million views.
