New user here, love the option to order an HDMI extender instead of filling every box with e-waste.
However, my new user experience was spoilt a bit by the experience of filling out the form.
First, if you make any typo or mistake in the serial number, a dialog is shown and then you're returned to the form with all fields cleared. Is this necessary?
And secondly, I only found this out because for some inexplicable reason the "Serial Number" shown under Settings while using the Roku Stick is *different* from the serial number on the back of the stick.
Please make the form keep all the details when the serial number is wrong; and please add something to the form saying you must read the number off of the stick itself and not inside the settings page when using the setick.
