Data monitoring on Roku Devices and Roku TV's

I got an alert from Xfinity reporting that of my 1.2 TB data cap, I've used 75% of it. as of the 19th. Now of the devices I can track, I've used 600 GB but the only thing I can't monitor is the Roku TV and the router and Gaming consoles haven't been turned on so I'm sure they don't use that much Data. But I'd like to have a way to Monitor Data on a monthly basis and daily basis to the internet to rule out the TV because I can't find a cause for so much data to be used.

That is a router level request. Check with your router manufacturer.
