I recently bought the latest and greatest Roku 4K qled 55" TV. The operating system no longer supports additional audio devices EXCEPT for Roku devices. The HDMI-ARC does not work with many soundbars including Vizio soundbars (which do with Samsung and other TV's). Under the previous TV (which was an Element TV) I could connect the Visio Remote to control the soundbar's volume, however it appears that Roku has removed that feature (even unknown to Roku tech support when I talked to them) so you can ONLY hook up to Roku devices. Sounds like Roku is going the way Apple did, Sorry we only support Roku products from now on. This is too bad because I liked Roku because it supported everything! (And by the way fix you HDMI-ARC interface to see other devices other that Roku HDMI devices).
