Spectrum app every 30 seconds and either goes to black screen or asks “ do you want to continue watching”
updated and reinstalled everything. Spectrum says it’s the TV but every other app works without issue, Netflix- prime- Hulu.. I do not think my TVis broken! That said my other Roku tv in the house is not doing this..

Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you're seeing with the Spectrum channel and all of the troubleshooting you've done.
Please make sure that when removing a channel, it's important that you make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again to ensure a clean channel install. If you are still unable to resolve the issue.

Hello, I followed your advice and still can not get the app to play without disruption. All other apps work?

If the issue is only with the channel alone, each channel on the Roku platform is built and maintained by the channel provider themselves. If you encounter an issue within a channel that isn't occurring in every other channel on your device, you'll want to contact the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support.
