Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're running into.
Based on your description, chances are there may be loose wiring from the Roku device to the TV. We would suggest that you try plugging it into a different HDMI port on the TV. Also, kindly make sure you're utilizing the adaptor that comes with your Roku Express, ensuring that you are powering the Roku Express directly from the power outlet.
If the issue persists, after making sure everything is set up properly, we would also suggest you try to hook the Roku Express up to a different TV and observe the difference. Ultimately, click on the reset button if none of the above-mentioned recommendations work.
