frequent restarts required

I have Express boxes and over the past 30days they all have required more frequent resets. What a pain to have to go through this on a reoccurring basis. Any help hints?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What do you mean the device requires more resets? What is happening when you are needing to reset the device? How are you powering the Roku device? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?

My Roku Express also requires multiple resets (power off/power on). Basically, the Roku freezes up and does not respond any commands from the remote.

We will work with you to know what went wrong so we can assist you further and fix the issue but we need more details. Here are a few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:

  1. When did this issue first start occurring?
  2. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
  3. How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port, or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables?
  4. Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as trying your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue?
