We have an update to share. Thanks to everyone who helped us investigate this issue.
We believe this issue may be resolved. If you still have the app tile on your home screen, select the app and press the * button on your remote and choose the option to update the channel. If that doesn't solve the issue, check for a system update by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.
You may have to re-install the app from the channel store after you update your system.
In some cases, you may also need to restart your device under Home > Settings > System > Power > Restart.
