Voice and Picture don’t match

I’ve reset the Roku, unplugged my internet and waited ten seconds or more and plugged it back in then restarted the system and it’s not changed. The voice and picture aren’t the same and it’s stuttering at times. We don’t know how to fix it. The connections ok and our phones and internet for computer is ok.  Help!

Could you let us know more about...

  • Is this happening on all channels or only on a specific channel?
  • In what Roku device are you experiencing this issue?
  • If this is happening only on a specific channel, are all the shows inside the channel affected or only on a specific show?
