Solving playback issues

Hello,

Just purchased Roku Ultra 2024. Updated software and connected via ethernet.

All apps are working except for YouTube. It will not launch.

I preformed all troubleshooting steps. I have 3 other ROKU devices. YouTube launches on all

my other devices except my new ROKU 2024.

Please assist.

I have a brand new Roku Ultra, purchased 11/20/24, arrived 11/21/24. Other apps work fine. YouTube TV and YouTube apps won’t even try to open. I click and they make the noise, but nothing happens. Have tried uninstalling app, then rebooting Roku then reinstalling app, still nothing. Have even tried factory reset. Still nothing. What is the problem here?

Same issue here on a TCL TV with built in Roku. Seems to be working on other sets. Both STBs, sticks and TCLs. Very strange.
