I have the same issue with my 9104X soundbar XE after update to ver 14.0. Tablo is no longer useable on this device. It works fine on my streaming stick and my ultra both of which are on earlier versions from July. I have tried all suggested fixes with no resolution. After a long chat with a second tier Roku tech he said he’d look into it. No response as yet. Most annoying, anyone else with the problem?
p.S. even with factory reset it seems you can’t roll back software so I’m stuck!

I am having the same problem. Cannot watch OTA channels live,and cannot playback recorded programs. Tablo was working till the latest Roku update. Makes my Tablo useless. Roku please fix this.

Same problem here. We have 2 ROKU devices. The one that updated to 14 won't play TABLO live or recordings. The other device didn't get turned off, so it's still got 13. It works.
How can I revert to older version that actually works?
