I hope your lack of response to this months old issue tanks roku sales over the holiday shopping season! This situation is unacceptable! Why can't roku "roll back" the update or atleast offer the old for an option? I have already switched to Fire! You all SUCK!

This is getting very old. It should not take this long to fix this issue. It's time to dump Roku. I just ordered an Amazon Fire Stick, which will arrive tomorrow, and Roku will go into the trash.

Same problem as everybody else - Tablo crashes when watching live channels - but the Roku Streambar does not seem to have a way to disbale closed captioning or disable Dolby sound. My equipment info is as follows:

We completely understand you're experiencing an issue with Tablo OTA channels, and would like to know more about it.
Could you tell us more about it?
- What troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
- What specific Roku device/TV is affected by this issue?
- What is the app's exact behavior? Are all the OTA channels not playing? Or is it playing but without sound? A video or photo can help us understand the issue better.
- Have you experienced this problem before or is it your first time encountering the problem?
We would also like to request additional information such as...
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
