Roku 4K Streaming Stick Vocal sound is very low or nonexistent.

Model 3820X-Streaming Stick 4k

SOFTWARE OS 14.0

SONY XBR930D 65"

HAPPENS ON MULTIPLE CHANNELS

TRACKER ID X9-398-408

HAVE TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CHANNEL THEN GO BACK TO THE FIRST CHANNEL TO GET SOUND. WHEN THIS HAPPENS I CAN HEAR BACKGROUND SOUND LIKE MUSIC ETC BUT VOCAL SOUND IS VERY LOW OR NONEXISTENT.

  • What troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? 
  • Do you have a surround sound system connected to your TV? 
  • A video clip of the incident you're experiencing.
  • Could you provide an example movie title/content that you experienced this issue?
  • An example of a channel that is encountering an issue with audio and its Channel Build Version (It can be found when highlighting the app and then pressing the Star * button).
