I’m now having the same issue.
Try to check System Updates, restart your Roku device, Ensure power supply, Check wi-fi signal restart network setting, do Factory reset device.
I have this problem too. Tried all suggestions, including reboot. I am amazed that a company that is making millions of dollars has no live service techs. Looks like, after about a dozen Roku devices, I'll be switching to Amazon.
