Still having issues with ads

Jump to solution

I have tried the trouble tips. My signal strength is excellent.  I've changed the batteries in the remote.  My device is properly plugged in.  I've recently started having this problem.  It's with the Roku channel  and no other.  The programs play fine, it's only when the last ad plays that it freezes and I have to restart and resume the program.

I've read some of the other posts and the issue is widespread.  ROKU MUST ADDRESS THIS, PLEASE!

I am also having this issue on the Roku channel on my TV. The ad is for Vtama prescription medication.
