Hey everyone, I have seen a few threads about this issue and no actual solutions. I work for Spectrum and I hear that customer support will tell you that it's a Roku issue and Roku will say it a Spectrum issue and you get stuck there. BUT. It is a Spectrum issue every time as long as you have a Spectrum rental router, I haven't seen the issue on customer owned routers at all. I don't have answers for why it stops working, but always try a reboot, then a hard reset with either the recessed button or the button on the back with the arrow circle and hold it for 60 seconds. If you still get the error after that you will need to get the router replaced by either bringing to your local office and trading it out, or calling and requesting that a new one be mailed to you.
