We appreciate you informing us about the sound is out of sync and we would be happy to look at what we can do to help you to make sure we are providing the best streaming experience but we need more details.
Here are a few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:
- When did this issue first start occurring?
- In Settings > Audio > Audio mode, what setting do you have selected? Does the same issue occur if you change the setting to Stereo, etc.?
- During playback of any content, press the * key on your remote. A menu will open on the lefthand side of the screen. Do you have any 'Volume mode' enabled here? If so, try turning this off. Does this resolve the issue?
- Are you using an audio/video receiver of any sort in your home setup? Is your device connected directly to the receiver, or to your TV?

We went into our Android TV and discovered the lip sync was set to Zero. We turned it up to 5 and now all lips on all apps are syncing.
