My picture and sound have gotten out of sink. How can I fix it?

Is it on everything? Or are just a few apps out of sync?

Try rebooting the Roku device and see if that helps. If it's a Roku TV, turning it off and on isn't a reboot. Use the menu system to reboot the device.

Once you do that, do the pictures and sound sync up?

You mean your audio is out of sync. Restart your Roku and modem first if all
