Solving playback issues

The past couple of days when trying to watch disney+, netflix and amazon, the fish screen saver is frozen over the show that is playing. You can only slightly make out the show but the screen saver if completely frozen over the top over what we are trying to watch. It will show the app and what we are selecting normally, but when we press play on the show, it's a frozen image if the screensaver. I've tried to reset, other apps, turning off the screensaver but nothing has worked

Try unplugging the Roku for a few minutes. (this should help clear the cache).

If not, try performing a Factory Reset. (Press and hold the reset button for 30+ seconds),  **Just make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before performing a factory reset.
