Solving playback issues

Update. Now I can watch the show with dialogue, but it gives me audio feedback of what is going on like I am visually impaired  I have no idea what is found on  

I have a Roku TV and am trying to watch a Roku channel show. I watched the show yesterday just fine. Today I have no dialogue, but all the background music plays fine. I can watch other shows on the Roku channel with no issue. Just not one show. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have checked for updates and nothing has worked. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Sometimes an audio file gets corrupted where you can hear music, background noise, etc. but no conversation.  Likely it is just the file itself and not really something thatr can be fixed by the end-user.

I’m having the same issue!! I am watching the HoneyBooBoo channel and can hear the birds chirping, door slamming, the swifts of scene changes, BUT NO WORDS OR CONVO!!! I’m triggered bad for some reason, like it’s driving me nuts lol only because it’s odd.. is there Anything that I can do to get it fixed? **bleep** even call Roku or live chat if they do either??? I’m so glad I’m not the only one though. I’ve been looking up stuff in the internet about it but…go figure…No luck, until I found this!! So thank you for posting your issues !!
