Roku TV keep losing sound

My Roku TV was bought last May and worked fine for 6 months, then the sound went out and I reset the TV, and sound came back but with a large problem. Some movies I have it all the way up 99 to even hear the movie, then after I turn it down to 13 to hear my music channel, next day I turn it on and it blast me out at 13, so I turn it off and the TV resets itself and then I have to turn the volume up to 50 to hear anything. This is getting to be ridiculous, been doing that for two months now, WHY????
