Solving playback issues

When changing apps inside the streaming stick, Roku reboots itself each time.  I've updated the software, reset the stick and the power supply is plugged into the wall.  Images for apps also disappear.

Last time this happened, it appeared that it was overheating.  I unplugged it for about thirty minutes and when I plugged it back in it was fine.  That didn't work this time.

If your Roku Streaming Stick is rebooting itself every time you change apps and you've already updated the software and reset the stick, there are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

• Check the power source: Make sure that your Roku Streaming Stick is plugged into a stable power source that provides enough power to the device. If you're using a USB port on your TV or a low-quality power adapter, try using a different power source or a high-quality power adapter.
• Check the HDMI connection: Make sure that the HDMI connection between the Roku Streaming Stick and your TV is secure. If the connection is loose, it can cause the device to reboot.
• Check for overheating: Make sure that the Roku Streaming Stick is not overheating. If the device is too hot to touch, it may be overheating and causing reboots. Try unplugging the device and letting it cool down for a while before using it again.
• Factory reset: If none of the above solutions work, you may need to perform a factory reset on your Roku Streaming Stick. This will erase all settings and data on the device, so make sure to back up any important information before doing so. To perform a factory reset, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Advanced system settings" > "Factory reset".
