Solving playback issues

I am having the same issue. Removed the app and reinstalled. I can open pbs on my computer and play shows, but can't open it on my Roku TV.

I’m having the exact same problem. PBS app not opening using Roku device. Will open on iPhone and iPad. I have to mirror from iPhone or iPad to ROKU TV to watch any pbs on tv.

Same thing happened to me tonight. It was working fine last night.

Just so you know, I was able to watch PBS on all of my devices that were not connected to Roku. It is clearly a Roku issue ~ investigate before you give idiotic advice.

I came to the forum for the same reason. I just found on their website that they no longer support Roku 4 Device (4400x)

I've been trying since this morning, Nov 17 2024, and it still will not load!  Very frustrating.
